  • Referral Based Selling

    27/09/2018 Duration: 04min

What is referral based selling? By definition it’s a method of generating sales based on referrals instead of cold calling or sales other means, (I base this definition on generating 100% of my sales by using this method for the past 20 years). It’s typically a much, much better way of selling for most sales people, and great for entrepreneurs, B2B sales people, small business owners, newbies and sales veterans, etc. In my experience and professional opinion it’s much more productive, has higher sales retention and creates more loyal clients/customers. It’s the difference between getting introduced to potential clients, rather than hunting them down. In this blog post I’ll discuss a few different referral generating methods, but focus on cross partnering for B2B through same industry method, this is how I built a referral team and 100% referral based business. There are many times when we give a referral and we’re not even thinking about it. Usually it’s a situation when you like a particular product or servi

This is going to be focused on selling B2B services. What is your biggest sales objection, price, right? Well if not the biggest objection, it’s got to be very close to the top. Why can I say this? I’ve been in sales for over 3 decades and have had a small business for over twenty years, selling B2B services. • Preneur Spark Introduction

    24/09/2018 Duration: 02min

Hi this is Tim Frisch, serial entrepreneur, founder and host of PreneurSpark.com. Preneur Spark is a culmination of a lot of years of being in sales with a lot of trial and error. I started Preneur Spark to hopefully pass on and help other entrepreneurs make their way without having to make the same mistakes as I did in the process. The areas I’ll focus on will be for sales people, small business owners and or entrepreneurs. I’ll never pretend to know everything, but the important thing is to learn from people who have been there, as mentioned before to try to minimize making the same mistakes and to learn and build on those experiences. My endeavor is to put my experiences out there on my audio blog and provide help to connect, learn, build. sell and just get in front more opportunities with the right tools. A little about me, I’ve been doing all the things mentioned here for decades, selling, marketing, running my own SEO business for over 20 years. I think you’ll agree when it comes to being in sales, a sm

  • Learn how to start and run a restaurant with Jose Bravo

    30/08/2016 Duration: 23min

I sat down with restaurant entrepreneur, founder and owner Jose Bravo of Mexican Grocery and Veracruz Mexican Restaurant and got the run down of going from the idea to start up, ups and downs of running and growing both businesses. Jose is hoping this information will help other entrepreneurs grow a little faster with less bumps and maybe a little more success. Some Takeaways: "Prepare for adequate cash flow, clearly define your goals and set dates for achieving them, learn everything you can, organization is key, don't assume you don't need every invoice or receipt. The real world is far different than what you learn in business school." I ask Jose why he decided to open the Mexican restaurant after starting running the Mexican grocery store, he told the market had become much more competitive in the grocery store business. He was able to see ahead that the restaurant business would most likely be a more stable business and transitioned well to that business. Of course that's where the good cash flow, vis
